Since the team was created in January 2021, we have been working with various partners from all around the world on their data analytics needs.
The Why
Initially, we focused solely on single-cell sequencing data. The field of single-cell sequencing has been booming in the past few years, generating terabytes of interesting data. However, many of our customers lack the bioinformatics capacity to turn this data into meaningful insights: that’s where we fill in the gap.
The How
Collaborating with our customers, we answer various research questions; from the basic and exploratory questions, to the more complex inquiries. We work with data from common species like humans, mice, and salmon, but we also work with more obscure data from rice, maize, and butterflies.
