About the role:

We’re looking for 01 Manufacturing Engineer who’s passionate about making products smarter, faster, and better. If you love solving tough challenges and want to help bring Vietnamese tech to the world, this is the role for you.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality;
• Review and analyze production data packs and build production plan with Project Manager;
• Monitor production process, involve in preparing material, tools, and assembly tasks within projects;
• Troubleshoot equipment, parts failures, process deviations, and quality issues;
• Control quality of products (IQC, OQC);
• Select, install, and maintain manufacturing equipment, tools…;
• Arrange tooling, rack and keep working space tidy up;
• Create Equipment Working Instruction (EWI) and maintain process documentation;
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by your line manager.

Required skills and capabilities:

• Bachelor’s or Engineering’s degree, preferrable in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification;
• 2+ years of experience;
• CAD/CAM/CNC (preferred to Creo);
• Assembling skills (mechanical competence, technical understanding, basic math and measurement);
• Attention to details;
• High discipline;
• Able to communicate in English for work purposes (no need for advanced writing or fluency);
• Ability to work in a well-organized way, work individually and as part of a team;
• Result–oriented attitude;
• Pro-active and learn new things quickly, willing to take challenges.

Salary range (Gross):
18,000,000 – 30,000,000 VND/month (based on experience and skills)
