Getting your single-cell results back

After around 1 – 3 weeks, your results are ready for viewing.

You should expect a report that looks something like this:

All raw files and final results will be given back to you through a secure ftp server, the same way it was sent to us. The result package will be stored on our server for up to one month for post-delivery warranty purpose. If we do not hear from you after one month, we will assume that our deliveries are acceptable.
